Manjit Gombra Singh

M.TECH. IN COMPUTER SCIENCE, CISSP, CISM

Founder

A software engineer by training, Manjit has served for many years as a senior software product executive with expertise in cloud computing, mobile commerce, mobile gaming, casino gaming, messaging platforms and systems management. He has worked for Silicon Valley start-ups as well as large companies (including 10 years at Sun Microsystems Inc.). He is an expert in scaling software systems, running 24x7x365 e-commerce and gaming systems. Manjit is a published author and speaks on modern technology topics. In 2015, he was recognized as a top technology executive in Nevada.

After 27 years in the industry, he retired from the corporate world in 2016 and now uses his experience to mentor startups, serving on several advisory boards. In 2017, Manjit founded Arete Technology Advisory to expand his mentorship programs for technology businesses and engineering students. In 2018, Manjit founded DruvStar to enable businesses to modernize their technology and infrastructure via providing cybersecurity solutions.

As the Head of Development and Engineering, he drives innovation and oversees the development of cutting-edge security solutions. With extensive experience in building and scaling engineering teams, Pranay has a proven track record in leading high-impact technical initiatives. Previously, he served as Global Director of Site Reliability Engineering at PointsBet, where he led efforts to enhance system reliability and optimize performance at a global scale. His leadership and expertise span across cybersecurity, software development, and infrastructure management.

Rama Jabri

Director, Strategy and Operations

Rama has a proven track record of executing and delivering exceptional results in startups and large organizations. She has deep operational experience across technology and services businesses. She was a senior team member at Bally’s, a well respected and large gaming business, and played a key role in the digital transformation and M&A integration across technology platforms, as well as managed technology deliveries in the regulated US sports betting industry.

As Director of Strategy and Operations at DruvStar, Rama works on company’s strategy and strategic partnerships, and leads Security Assessments, regulatory compliance, and operational efficiencies.

Allan Lynch

Director of Security Operations

Allan Lynch is an experienced Information Technology professional with over 24 years focused on architecture, security and technical leadership. He started his career in the IT field working as a computer instructor teaching blind and physically disabled students to use computers with adaptive equipment. Since starting his career in IT in 1995, Allan has worked in a variety of industries, including with the DOE and DOD, gaming, travel and information security.

As Director of Security Operations at DruvStar, he leads a team of highly skilled Security Analysts and Engineers focused on securing client environments and managing the Security Operations Center.

Viral Patel

Marketing Advisor

Viral has over a decade of business experience with an exhaustive background in online digital marketing, product management, software development, business intelligence, and international management experience. Viral started his career developing an advanced, high-performance Web filtering, compliance enforcement and security reporting system for organizational networks and mobile devices which got recognized as “Best in Internet Filtering” by 2009 Network Products Guide Reader Trust Award. Viral has numerous certificates from HubSpot and Google on Analytics, Advertisement, Inbound and Email Marketing.

Goal oriented professional with an understanding of organizational challenges and the ability to convert them into opportunities. Management background includes digital marketing, strategic planning, and product development with a dedication to bottom-line results. Viral leads DruvStar’s Digital marketing initiatives.

Yoohwan Kim

PH.D. IN COMPUTER SCIENCE, CISSP, CISA, CEH, CPT

Product Strategy Advisor - Training

Yoohwan Kim, Ph.D. is an associate professor of computer science at UNLV. He brings to DruvStar deep academic expertise in network security that includes DDoS attack mitigation, secure network design, communication privacy, and cyber-physical system security. His DDoS attack research has established a foundation for Rate-Based Intrusion Prevention Systems. He has published over 110 scientific articles and 7 patents granted or pending. His research has been sponsored by Microsoft, US Air Force, US Navy, Oak Ridge National Laboratory, NSA, DHS, NASA, and NSF. Yoohwan leads several programs on Cybersecurity and Blockchain at University of Nevada Las Vegas.

Prior to working in academia, Yoohwan worked in industry as a management information system consultant at Andersen Consulting (now Accenture), software engineer at Lucent Technologies, and founded his own technology company.

Yoohwan leads DruvStar training programs and serves as an advisor on product strategy.

Connie Moore is a seasoned Human Resources executive with extensive leadership and diversified operations experience and recognized as a strategic business partner for innovative thinking, communication and collaboration. She has been providing HR leadership to gaming, aerospace & defense and telecommunication businesses for 21 years.

Connie has a strong record of creating value for organizations by implementing innovative and streamlined processes to manage, develop and retain talent while increasing overall business performance.

Rich is a thought leader in data protection and privacy policy development in the US, Europe, and Australia, which is directly relevant to DruvStar’s focus on data defense.

Sean Kanuck

CEO of Exedec LLC

Sean is a strategic thought leader who advises governments, corporations, and entrepreneurs on the future of information technology. From 2011-2016, Sean was the first U.S. National Intelligence Officer for Cyber Issues. He previously served in the CIA’s Information Operations Center, advised the White House as an Intelligence Fellow, and worked on the Global Commission for the Stability of Cyberspace.  His areas of expertise include cybersecurity, intelligence analysis, national security, and risk management. Sean will be advising DruvStar on data protection and information defense.
