Business Development Manager
DruvStar specializes in defending clients from dangerous cyber threats in the Gaming and Healthcare industries. We provide modern cybersecurity solutions and services for protecting our client’s infrastructure and data. We are recruiting a Business Development Manager to support our continued growth, specifically focused on the Gaming industry. We offer a fast-paced exciting environment in a growth area with a high level of job satisfaction. The ideal candidate is someone who has existing relationships in Casino Gaming, Sports Betting, and/or iGaming.
As a client focused leader, you will be helping companies minimize a top risk in their digital businesses. This role pays a competitive salary and an aggressive commission plan based on meeting agreed growth objectives.
Responsibilities

Lead sales cycle including lead generation, sales presentations, and closing partnerships

Accurately develop and track the sales pipeline using Excel or a CRM solution

Provide weekly status updates to management on sales activity and sales forecasting for revenue

Support with providing account management and client relations as needed

Develop high quality materials for RFP responses, sales collateral, and presentations

Participate in industry conferences and organize product exhibition at trade shows
Requirements

Bachelor’s Degree
-
3+ years of sales or business development experience with preference for those with a background in the gaming industry

Sales hunter mentality with understanding of consultative sales process

Ability to understand technical cybersecurity details (prior experienced in cybersecurity or IT services is a big plus)

Must have strong communication skills

Skilled in MS Office (Word, PowerPoint, Excel)

Ability to travel up to 30% of the time to trade shows and customer locations

No impediments with gaming licensing if required in a jurisdiction
